The Hyperscan

I guess the first thing we should talk about is , "What is the Hyperscan ??" The Hyperscan was a Short lived video game system released by Mattel Electronics in October of 2006. It was marketed to kids from about 5 to 11 , and all the titles would be thought of as more "Boy" games. The main selling point was the interaction with "Game Cards". That were used to unlock abilities , change characters , and even save your game files. This system is truly unique in the fact that it uses RFID technology. This is the same technology added the very next year to all american passports. Unfortunately the hyperscan system was also scraped later on that next year. After only 5 game titles where released. With a Rumored 6th game possibly being leaked in very limited quantities. The Hyperscan sold in 2 variations , The standard retail pack with 1 controller , and also in a 2-player Value Pack , that came with 2 controllers. Both variations came with X-Men and the starter pack of cards. They also sold a extra controller boxed alone.
